The Legal Bit:

By placing an order with Creative Conceptions LLC, you are automatically agreeing to accept these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions over-rule any terms and conditions on your purchase order or delivery notes.

Prices: Creative Conceptions LLC reserves the right to change any of the prices to reflect supplier price changes or other factors outside our control affecting the costs of providing the products for you.

Delivery & Carriage: All prices are based on an Ex Works basis from our fulfilment company based at Westridge Laboratories, 1671 E Saint Andrew Place, Santa Ana, CA 92705. Please state specific shipping instructions at the time of ordering.

We endeavour to dispatch your products as ordered but occasionally damages or shortages may occur. These must be reported to the sales team at Creative Conceptions LLC within 24 hours of delivery. All packaging must be retained to enable a full investigation to take place. Please ensure that the delivery docket is signed “damaged on arrival”.

Ownership: Title to the goods shall remain vested in Creative Conceptions LLC and shall not pass to the buyer until the purchase price for the goods has been paid in full and received by Creative Conceptions LLC. Until title to the goods passes:

• Creative Conceptions LLC shall have authority to retake, sell or otherwise deal with and/or dispose of all or any part of the goods;
• Creative Conceptions LLC and its agents and employees shall be entitled at any time and without the need to give notice to enter upon any property upon which the goods or any part are stored, or upon which Creative Conceptions LLC reasonably believes them to be kept.
