New Accounts
Creative Conceptions LLC welcome all new accounts and look forward to working with you to maximise your sales on our items. Ideally Creative Conceptions LLC would like local retailers to purchase through their local distributors unless agreed by prior arrangements with the company.
All orders will be treated as an overseas order and payment will be taken before product is shipped. The product can be shipped or collected from Orange County, Los Angeles, California with your local courier/shipper details provided at the time of placing and order. Prices are based on an EX Works basis from Orange County, CA.

Distributors
Should your company wish to be a distributor please contact Richie or Sales on the below details and we would be delighted to work with you.
If you are not a distributor, then Creative Conceptions LLC will provide a list of distributors local to you on request, or alternatively see our stockist page.

Payment Terms
Creative Conceptions LLC will provide bank details for you to make payments. We would ask for ACH payments to be made directly to the bank account provided. Payments are made up front, on a proforma basis before product is shipped unless otherwise agreed with Creative Conceptions LLC. As soon as payment is received then the products will be dispatched from our fulfilment company in Orange County, Los Angeles, California.
All orders are Ex Works from Orange County, Los Angeles, California.
