Can I buy directly from Creative Conceptions LLC?

Creative Conceptions LLC would like local retailers to purchase through one of our trusted distributors unless prior arrangements have been agreed with the company. Creative Conceptions LLC welcomes all new accounts and looks forward to working with you to maximize your sales on our items.

Can I become a distributor?

Should your company wish to be a distributor please contact Chris or Sales on the below details and we will be delighted to set you up an account and work   with you. If you are not a distributor, then Creative Conceptions LLC will provide  a list of distributors local to you on request, or alternatively see our stockist page.

How much is delivery?

My order is damaged, what do I need to do?

We endeavor to dispatch your products as ordered but occasionally damages or shortages may occur. These must be reported to the sales team at Creative Conceptions LLC within 24 hours of delivery. All packaging must be retained to enable a full investigation to take place. Please ensure that the delivery docket is signed “damaged on arrival.”

What payment methods do you accept?

Creative Conceptions LLC will provide bank details for you to make payments. We ask for ACH payments to be made directly to the bank account provided. Payments are made up-front, on a proforma basis before product is shipped unless otherwise agreed with Creative Conceptions LLC.

When will my order be dispatched?

All products will be dispatched from our fulfilment company in the USA (San Bernardino, CA). Please state specific shipping instructions at the time of ordering.

Do you offer marketing resources and point of sale material?

Absolutely, we offer a wide range of marketing resources for both web and ‘brick and mortar’ customers. We can provide Industry leading POS Material and we always endeavor to make this available at no extra cost with orders.

Can you provide product images?

Yes, we have a large online Image Resource Center that can be found here.

Can you provide me with a list of your best-selling products?

Yes, we are always happy to provide reports of our top selling products across our range. Please email this request to sales@creativeconceptions.com.
